The CEO alleged that his consequent inquiries revealed a larger conspiracy involving 21 individuals, including representatives of the import firms, shipping companies, and officials of the CFS. He said they acted with a communal volition — dishonestly releasing and diverting the consignments, thereby causing a wrongful nonaccomplishment to his institution and summation to themselves.
“The accused hatched a transgression conspiracy, and looted goods valued astatine astir ₹15 crore. The unlawful proceeds were shared among them,” the complainant said.
