The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed a chargesheet against Shubhkamna Buildtech Private Limited and its directors successful transportation with the alleged fraudulent activities relating to a lodging task successful Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
According to the CBI, its probe revealed that the accused builder institution and its directors induced guiltless homebuyers and investors done mendacious assurances, misleading representations, and deceptive promises, thereby dishonestly obtaining fiscal gains portion causing wrongful nonaccomplishment to the victims.
