The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has registered a lawsuit against an Aligarh-based antheral for allegedly mounting up a ‘Centre for Narendra Modi Studies’ without support from the Central authorities oregon the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO).

Based connected a ailment from the PMO, the CBI conducted a preliminary enquiry into the allegation that lawyer Jasim Mohammad was moving the centre without permission, successful usurpation of the Emblems and Names (Prevention of Improper Use) Act.

“The preliminary enquiry revealed that the Centre for Narendra Modi Studies was registered connected January 25, 2021, nether the Indian Trust Act, 1860, by Jasim Mohammad without anterior support of the Central authorities oregon from the Prime Minister’s Office,” the FIR said.
