The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) connected Friday (May 22, 2026) arrested different cardinal accused from Pune successful transportation with the 2026 NEET-UG insubstantial leak case.

Manisha Sanjay Havaldar, presently employed with Seth Hiralal Saraf Prashala successful Pune, was arrested for allegedly leaking physics questions successful NEET-UG 2026 examination, an bureau authoritative said.

The CBI registered the lawsuit connected May 12 pursuing a written ailment from the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education. Subsequently, peculiar teams were formed to prosecute the leads.

Among those arrested earlier is elder botany teacher Manisha Gurunath Mandhare from Maharashtra’s Pune who allegedly leaked biology questions.  Pune-based chemistry lecturer P.V. Kulkarni was besides held connected the complaint of leaking chemistry questions.

The others arrested successful the lawsuit are Dhananjay Lokhande from Ahilyanagar and Shubham Khairnar from Nashik successful Maharashtra; Mangilal Biwal, Vikas Biwal, and Dinesh Biwal from Jaipur, Rajasthan; and Yash Yadav from Gurugram, Haryana

Nearly 23 lakh candidates had registered for the test, which was administered by the NTA crossed the country.
