The Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court connected Wednesday directed the State to record a antagonistic affidavit to the nationalist involvement litigation petition seeking a CB-CID probe into the alleged caste sidesplitting of a Scheduled Caste youth, Hariharan, of Pudukkottai district.

The petitioner sought a CB-CID probe into the decease of the youth, due compensation to the household and employment to a household member.
