Cash scheme for Adi Dravidar/ST families for Pongal

The Adi Dravidar and Scheduled Tribe Welfare Department has started accepting applications from families of Adi Dravidar and Scheduled Tribe communities for currency assistance successful lieu of escaped dhoti and saree during the upcoming Pongal festival.

Accordingly, up of Pongal festival (January 14, 2026), the Adi Dravidar and ST families, and members who person not yet applied for the benefit, and person completed 18 years of age, were requested to get applications and taxable copies of applicable documents by December 10 to avail the benefits nether the scheme, a property enactment said.
