Cases filed against 13 private bus operators in East Godavari for excess fare

Cases person been registered against operators of 13 backstage autobus services for collecting excess fare during the ongoing Sankranti festival successful East Godavari territory connected Wednesday.

The Andhra Pradesh Road Transport Department has allowed backstage autobus work operators to cod lone 50% of the further fare arsenic against the APSRTC fare during Sankranti. 

In an authoritative release, Road Transport Officer R. Suresh said that cases person been registered against operators of the 13 autobus services for collecting excess fare crossed the East Godavari district. “Special teams person been deployed till January 18 to show autobus fares collected by backstage autobus services. Online platforms, including Red Bus and Abhi Bus, are besides being observed to cheque the autobus fares being charged by them”, said Mr. Suresh.
