C.V. Anand assumes charge as Telangana Home Department’s Special Chief Secretary

A 1991-batch IPS officer, C.V. Anand, assumed complaint arsenic Special Chief Secretary of Telangana Home Department connected Tuesday (September 30, 2025). Thereafter, helium met with Chief Secretary K. Ramakrishna Rao

Mr. Anand was the Hyderabad Police Commissioner earlier being appointed  arsenic the Special Chief Secretary. It was his 2nd stint arsenic the metropolis Police head.
