A delegation of BRS MLCs connected Tuesday lodged a ailment with Chairman of the Legislative Council Gutha Sukender Reddy against a determination connection tv quality transmission seeking enactment against it for insulting MLC T. Ravinder Rao by a quality anchor during a statement recently.
