Less than 25 per cent of voters formed their votes successful Pottaloorani colony falling nether Ottapidaram constituency and Kulathulvaipatti colony nether Vilathikulam constituency in, Thoothukudi territory connected Thursday, pursuing a boycott call.

The Pottaloorani colony has 915 voters. Residents declared a boycott arsenic their request for closure of food discarded processing units operating adjacent their village, remained unaddressed by the government. Incidentally, galore villagers had besides stayed disconnected polling booth during the 2024 Lok Sabha polls.
