Boy knocked down by car dies

A 13-year-old lad was killed aft being knocked down by a car connected the Dindigul-Tiruchi nationalist road astatine Manjampatti successful the territory connected Monday.  The boy, a Class VII pupil of a matriculation school, was crossing the road successful the evening aft the schoolhouse hr erstwhile the car knocked him down.

The lad was identified arsenic T. Rishanth Anthony of Malayadipatti village. The injured lad was rushed to infirmary and was declared dead. The car operator was aboriginal detained. The Manapparai constabulary are investigating.
