The Bombay High Court’s Nagpur seat connected Monday dismissed a nationalist involvement litigation (PIL) petition challenging the Z Plus information screen provided to the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief, Mohan Bhagwat, observing that the plea lacked probe and was not successful the nationalist interest.
The petition, filed by activistic Lalan Kishore Singh, sought betterment of payer wealth spent connected the information arrangement, arguing that the RSS is an unregistered organisation.
