Taking enactment of the submissions, the Bench observed, “It appears that since the petitioners having exhausted each imaginable remedies including filing complaints, ineligible notices and filing RTI applications, person filed the aforesaid petition.”  

The Court further said, “We find substance successful what has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners and arsenic specified contented announcement to the respondents, returnable connected October 15, 2025.” The Court has issued announcement to the Department of Social Justice and Special Assistance, Government of Maharashtra.”
