BJP corporator's son slaps sub-inspector in U.P.’s Varanasi, beaten up by people

A constabulary sub-inspector was allegedly slapped by a BJP corporator's lad successful Varanasi, officials said connected Friday (January 2, 2026), adding that the radical contiguous astatine the country past bushed up the accused.

Police rescued him from the spot and took him to the constabulary station, they said.
