Bengaluru East Corporation examines adoption of land value capture for Hoodi flyover

The East City Corporation is looking into the feasibility of adopting a Land Value Capture (LVC) strategy for acquiring land required for the long-pending Hoodi flyover project, arsenic onshore acquisition has emerged as a large bottleneck.
