Capturing much than one-third of the country’s full Global Capacity Centre (GCC) leasing, Bengaluru has continued to pb India’s GCC scenery maintaining a wide borderline implicit different markets, notes the latest FICCI-ANAROCK report.

According to “Workplaces 2025: India Commercial Real Estate Reimagined”, GCCs accounted for nearly 40% of bureau leasing crossed India’s apical cities successful 2025, with Bengaluru unsocial capturing much than one-third of the country’s full GCC leasing.
