BDL delivers the first indigenous wire-guided heavyweight torpedo to NSTL

Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), a premier defence nationalist assemblage undertaking nether the Ministry of Defence, has achieved a milestone successful indigenous defence manufacturing with the transportation of production-grade Wire Guided Heavy Weight Torpedo (WGHWT) to DRDO’s Naval Science & Technological Laboratory (NSTL) astatine its Visakhapatnam portion connected Thursday. BDL, arsenic the Development-cum-Production Partner partnered with NSTL for the purpose.
