Fourteen Backward Classes (BC) payment organisations person urged the Telangana authorities not to proceed with Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituency (MPTC) and Zilla Parishad Territorial Constituency (ZPTC) elections until 42% preservation for BCs is implemented. These associations warned that the authorities would look superior consequences if it attempts to behaviour the polls without ensuring enhanced quota.

He noted that BC organisations had earlier allowed the behaviour of Gram Panchayat and municipal elections considering antithetic factors.
