The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike’s (BBMP) e-Khata inaugural has been conferred with the National eGovernance Award 2025 astatine the 28th National eGovernance Awards held successful Visakhapatnam connected Monday, September 22, 2025.
Recognised for its transformative interaction connected digitising spot records, enhancing transparency, and improving national work delivery, the eKhata task was conceptualised nether the enactment of D.K. Shivakumar, Deputy Chief Minister and Bengaluru successful complaint Minister.
The grant was presented by Jitendra Singh, Minister of State, PMO, to key officials including Tushar Giri Nath, (Additional Chief Secretary, Urban Development Department), Munish Moudgil (Special Commissioner, GBA), Lakshmidevi (Joint Commissioner, Revenue), Suresh Babu (Senior Technical Director, NIC), and the e-Khata squad of GBA.
