Aviation regulator DGCA grants aerodrome license for Noida International Airport

Aviation watchdog Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has granted aerodrome licence for the Noida International Airport successful Jewar, Uttar Pradesh.

The airdrome is being developed by Yamuna International Airport Pvt Ltd (YIAPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zurich Airport International AG, nether the Public Private Partnership (PPP) exemplary with the Uttar Pradesh authorities and the Union government.

In a merchandise connected Friday (Marcch 6, 2026), the Civil Aviation Ministry said the DGCA has granted the aerodrome licence to YIAPL for the Noida International Airport (NIA) astatine Jewar successful Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
