Avantel bags ₹123 cr. antenna order from NewSpace India

Advanced connection products steadfast Avantel has bagged a ₹122.58 crore bid from NewSpace India (NSIL), ISRO’s commercialized arm, for the proviso of S/X-band with Ka-band acceptable afloat question antennas.

The bid covers the supply, installation and commissioning of the antennas and forms portion of NSIL’s outer connection and crushed conception requirements. The declaration is scheduled for completion by August 2027. NSIL, which is into commercialising abstraction products and services, including motorboat services, outer services and transportation of abstraction technologies to industry, had placed orders with Avantel antecedently too.

“We are continuing our enactment with NSIL. This bid covers the supply... supports our relation successful providing connection solutions for outer and crushed conception operations successful India,” Avantel Director Siddhartha Abburi said. Avantel said it specialises successful designing, developing, and maintaining connection products, radar systems, and web absorption bundle applications, chiefly catering to the aerospace and defence sectors.
