An autorickshaw operator was killed and 3 women passengers were injured erstwhile the conveyance overturned. Police said autorickshaw operator Ibrahim, 60, of Kadayanallur was taking 3 women passengers from Kadayanallur to Tenkasi connected Sunday afternoon. When helium was crossing Kuththukkalvalasai, a stray canine abruptly crossed the road. As Ibrahim tried to halt the autorickshaw from hitting the animal, helium mislaid power of the conveyance that capsized connected the roadworthy to injure the women passengers and the driver, who were taken to the Tenkasi Government Hospital.
Since Ibrahim had sustained grievous bleeding injury, helium was referred to the Tirunelveli Medical College Hospital, wherever helium died connected Monday. Tenkasi constabulary person registered a case.
