It added that the Chairman of the Committee of Privileges has sought her written comments by February 6.

The MLAs were suspended solely for disrupting the proceedings of the House, and not for wearing masks, the Speaker had said, adding, “The enactment was taken strictly to support order, dignity and authorization of the Assembly.”
