The Andhra Pradesh Joint Action Committee (AP-JAC), Amaravati, passed a bid of resolutions during its 4th State wide assemblage gathering held successful Vijayawada connected Thursday.

The league saw the information of representatives from assorted worker associations who discussed long-pending service, salary, pension, and payment issues of authorities employees.

At the organisational level, the gathering approved amendments to the bylaws of APJAC Amaravati, including expanding the fig of State enforcement members and the enactment of a dedicated women’s wing.

The league besides urged the State authorities to officially recognise APJAC, Amaravati and see it successful the State Joint Staff Council, citing its long-standing relation successful safeguarding worker interests. The delegates expressed gratitude to Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and elder Ministers for holding discussions with worker unions successful October 2025.

On fiscal matters, the league demanded the contiguous assignment of a Pay Revision Commission (PRC) Commissioner for the implementation of the 12th PRC, which has been pending since April 2023, on with the announcement of Interim Relief.

It besides sought a wide roadmap for settling pending arrears, including DA, PRC dues, GPF, and surrender permission encashment. A important request was raised for doubling the honorarium of Village Revenue Assistants.

Pension reforms

The gathering further resolved to property for pension reforms, including shifting eligible employees from CPS to OPS, restoring higher pension benefits for elder pensioners, and issuing ration cards to low-income pensioners.

Issues related to the regularisation of declaration employees, compassionate appointments, Group IV recruitment, outsourcing worker welfare, and improved grooming facilities were besides highlighted.

The caller State Secretariat of the JAC Amaravati took oath during the meeting. Earlier, the members of the JAC took retired a procession from Lenin Centre to Tummalapalli Kalakshetram arsenic portion of their meeting.
