P. Mallikarjuna Rao, Advisor to the Andhra Pradesh State Government and retired Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, has called upon citizens to go “forest friends” and perpetrate themselves to conserving earthy resources during a sojourn to Sankalpa Art village, adjacent Pedagadi successful Pendurthi mandal of Visakhapatnam district, connected Wednesday.
