Andhra Pradesh to unify skill departments under single commissionerate

Secretary, Education and Skill Development and Training, Kona Sasidhar, connected Thursday said the authorities is strengthening organization convergence by bringing each skill-related departments nether a unified Commissionerate of Skill, Employment and Training.

Addressing a State-level store connected the “One District – One Skill Vision” and formulation of District Skill Development Plans, organised by the Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation successful collaboration with the Department of Employment and Training and SEEDAP successful Vijayawada, Mr. Sasidhar said a cluster-based, district-centric attack is being adopted. Under this model, District Skill Development Plans volition place precedence sectors and employment opportunities aligned with section economical potential.
