Andhra Pradesh Bar Council approves ₹3.69 crore for advocates’ welfare

The Andhra Pradesh Bar Council (APBC) Welfare Fund Committee gathering held connected Friday approved fiscal assistance and status benefits totaling ₹3.69 crore.

This included a decease payment of ₹2.86 crore for 52 families of deceased advocates, aesculapian assistance amounting to ₹74.20 lakh for 85 advocates, and status benefits of ₹3 lakh each for 3 advocates, according to a property merchandise by APBC Chairman Nallari Dwarakanatha Reddy.

Members of the Advocates’ Welfare Committee, Muppalla Subba Rao and P. Narasinga Rao, on with representatives from the High Court and the Law Department of the Government of Andhra Pradesh, participated successful the meeting.

Mr. Dwarakanatha Reddy besides stated that the A.P. Advocate Clerks’ Welfare Fund Committee had enhanced the grants, expanding the decease payment from ₹4 lakh to ₹4.5 lakh and fiscal assistance from ₹80,000 to ₹1 lakh.
