The Bantwal Rural constabulary person registered a lawsuit nether the Karnataka Control of Organised Crime Act (KCOCA) against each accused progressive successful the execution of soil transporter Abdul Rahiman that happened connected May 27.

The 13 accused were successful judicial custody. All the accused person been booked for offences nether Sections 103 (1), 109 (1), 118(2), 61 (2)(A), 249 (A), 238(A) and 3 (5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 25(1)(A) of Arms Act.
The accused were progressive successful murder, effort to murder, hatred speech, and different transgression offences. Hence, it was decided to invoke the provisions of KCOCA against the accused, the constabulary said.
Meanwhile, the constabulary were searching for Bharath Raj alias Bharath Kumdelu, who is reportedly astatine large.
