Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri’s upcoming sojourn to Nepal came nether shadiness connected Sunday (May 3, 2026) with Nepal expressing “concerns” to some India and China regarding the adjacent play of Kailash Manasarovar Yatra done the Kalapani-Limpiyadhura-Lipulekh portion reiterating that the portion is portion of Nepal’s sovereign territory.

In effect to Kathmandu’s remarks, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) said connected Sunday (May 3, 2026) that Nepal’s claims connected the Lipulekh Pass are not based connected “historical facts”.
