As the Chittapur tahsildar permitted the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) to clasp its way march successful Chittapur municipality connected November 16 by imposing definite conductions, the High Court of Karnataka connected Thursday disposed of a petition, which had questioned the tahsildar’s determination to cull support for the march primitively scheduled for October 18.
Justice M.G.S. Kamal disposed of the petition filed by Ashok Patil, convener of the RSS way march, Chittapur, by signaling the connection that support had been granted.
Earlier, State Advocate-General K. Shashi Kiran Shetty told the tribunal that support had been granted with definite conditions.
While appreciating the support granted by the Kalaburagi territory administration, elder advocator Aruna Shyam said that it was granted for the information of lone 300 persons portion requesting that it whitethorn beryllium accrued to 600 isolated from expanding the information of persons successful the set from 25 to 50.
