The Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) has extended the deadline for citizens to submit claims and objections to the revised draught voters’ database for the upcoming elections to 5 metropolis corporations nether its jurisdiction to March 20. 

Citizens were initially allowed to submit claims and objections betwixt March 10 and March 16 aft the ward-wise revised draught voters’ database was published connected March 9. However, pursuing a gathering with representatives of governmental parties and feedback from the public, the GBA sought an hold from the Karnataka State Election Commission, which subsequently approved the request.
