Advocate writes to CJI seeking contempt proceedings over delay in GBA polls

A.P. Ranganatha, erstwhile president, Advocates’ Association, Bengaluru, has written to the Chief Justice of India, appealing to him to instrumentality suo motu cognisance of the “continuing law breakdown arising from non-conduct of the Local Body Elections successful Karnataka.”
