Chief Minister Siddarmaiah has released further grants to the tune of ₹63.77 crore towards disbursement of input subsidy of ₹6,500 per hectare to the farmers of Dharwad district.

According to a property merchandise issued by Deputy Commissioner of Dharwad Divya Prabhu G.R.J., the Chief Minister has released the further grants nether peculiar bundle for Dharwad territory connected Thursday and the aforesaid has been remitted straight to the farmers’ slope accounts done DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer).

As per the authorities order, the peculiar bundle is for disbursement of ₹8,500 per hectare towards harvest nonaccomplishment experienced by the farmers during August 2025.

According to the Deputy Commissioner, further input subsidy of ₹63.88 crore has been instantly released towards harvest nonaccomplishment successful 74,989.57 hectares belonging to 66,834 eligible farmers done DBT. In Annigeri taluk, 12,127 farmers person received input subsidy of ₹11.93 crore and successful Dharwad taluk 12,643 farmers received ₹11.40 crore. Similarly, 11,122 farmers received ₹11.85 crore successful Hubballi taluk; 851 farmers received ₹66.01 lakh successful Hubballi municipality taluk; 11,208 farmers received ₹9.81 crore successful Kundagol taluk and 18,883 farmers received ₹18.09 crore successful Navalgund taluk.

According to Deputy Commissioner, already input subsidy of ₹64.98 crore released earlier had been disbursed to 66.834 farmers arsenic per NDRF and SDRF guidelines towards harvest nonaccomplishment successful 74,989.57 hectares successful Dharwad district.
