The A.P. Branch of the Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bengaluru-based NGO, Sankalp India Foundation, connected Tuesday to fortify healthcare services for children suffering from Thalassemia and sickle compartment disease.
