A full of 69,343 cases, 7,577 pending and 61,766 pre-litigation matters, person been settled during the National Lok Adalat successful Yadgir territory connected Saturday.

In a release, Principal District and Sessions Judge H.J. Marulasiddaradhya has stated that 103 pending cases and 244 pre-litigation cases came up earlier his tribunal and each were settled amicably.

In Shahapur, a full of 509 cases were settled earlier the Civil Judge, 1,958 cases earlier the Principal Civil Judge and JMFC and 1,174 cases were settled earlier the Additional Civil Judge and JMFC.

In Shorapur, a full of 370 cases were settled earlier the Civil Judge, 1,012 cases earlier the Principal Civil Judge and JMFC and 666 cases were settled earlier the Additional Civil Judge and JMFC.

Among the cases settled, determination were 2 wealth betterment suits, 27 partition suits, 5 circumstantial show suits, 1 last decree petition, 20 cheque bounce cases, 16 execution petitions, 36 cases of centrifugal conveyance accidents, 7 attraction cases, 2 home unit cases, 4,942 commencement and decease petitions, 10 compoundable cases, 2,337 petty cases and 172 different offences.

As galore arsenic 10 benches successful each courts crossed the territory were established to settee cases with the consent of some parties and successful the beingness of advocates representing them, Mr. Marulasiddaradhya said.
