Superintendent of Police (SP) K. Pratap Shiva Kishore said that the constabulary secured condemnation of 51 accused successful 41 cases done Dharma Nyaya Sahayak APP. Police monitored the presumption of the cases done Court Monitoring Cell (CMC), and the convictions were awarded successful the past 1 year, the SP said.
Of the total, 29 accused were convicted for beingness (till death) successful 21 cases, 3 were fixed condemnation for 20 years successful 3 cases and 11 accused were fixed condemnation for 10 years successful 9 cases.
“We person been monitoring the presumption and proceedings of the cases successful courts regularly. As the constabulary produced the technological and worldly grounds and the witnesses successful courts, the accused got convictions,” Mr. Pratap Shiva Kishore told The Hindu connected Sunday.
