5-year jail term in POCSO case

The Special Court for POCSO cases present has awarded 5-year imprisonment to 4 persons for sexually harassing a 11-year-old girl.

According to prosecution, D. Dinesh, 33, M. Esakkimuthu, 33, S. Stalin, 38 and M. M. Durai, each from Nazareth, sexually harassed the miss successful 2015. The Kulasekaranpattinam constabulary arrested the fours nether the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
