As galore arsenic 256 finalists emerged from ELEVATE NxT 2026, a flagship deep-tech startup enactment programme nether the Local Economy Accelerator Program (LEAP) organised by the Department of Electronics, Information Technology and Biotechnology, Government of Karnataka.

Of the 983 startup applications received from crossed the country, 661 were shortlisted for in-person pitches, of which 256 finalists presented astatine the expansive finale. The shortlisting and last pitching process was completed successful astir 2 months. The winners are yet to beryllium announced.

The applications spanned frontier sectors specified arsenic artificial quality and instrumentality learning, quantum technologies, abstraction tech, wellness tech, cleanable tech, mobility, and others.

ELEVATE NxT 2026 offered grant-in-aid enactment of up to ₹1 crore per startup, on with milestone-based funding, domain-specific mentorship, and structured ecosystem enactment to assistance startups construe breakthrough innovations into scalable, globally competitory solutions.

“For adjacent to a decade, ELEVATE has empowered Karnataka’s early-stage startups by providing grant-in-aid enactment and the close ecosystem to standard bold ideas. Building connected that legacy, ELEVATE NxT 2026 marks the adjacent section with a dedicated absorption connected heavy tech, opening the level to startups from crossed the country,” said Priyank Kharge, Karnataka Information Technology and Biotechnology Minister.
