Former AAP councillor Tahir Hussain has moved a tribunal present seeking interim bail for a period connected aesculapian grounds, citing the request to acquisition country and consequent post-operative care.

In an exertion filed earlier the Additional Sessions Judge Sameer Bajpai, Mr. Hussain, who has been successful judicial custody since April 6, 2020, sought bail from March 20 to April 20 successful transportation with a lawsuit related to the 2020 Northeast Delhi riots.

The exertion filed by Mr. Hussain’s counsel read, "The applicant (Mr. Hussain) seeks interim bail connected relationship of the information that helium has developed an inguinal hernia which present imminently requires surgical intervention."
