Excise officials seized 136 bottles of non-duty paid liquor during inspections conducted adjacent Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) successful Shamshabad and astatine Pahadishareef connected Friday (December 26, 2025).
Of these, 45 bottles were seized by the Shamshabad District Task Force (DTF). Excise Superintendent Krishnapriya said that the raids were carried retired jointly by the DTF squad and unit from the Shamshabad and Serilingampally constabulary stations.
During parallel inspections successful the aforesaid area, 4 State Task Force (STF) teams and excise presumption unit seized an further 91 bottles of non-duty paid liquor, officials said.
Further probe is underway to ascertain the root of liquor and those progressive successful transporting it.
