100% of SIR enumeration forms distributed in Kozhikode, says election officer

As portion of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, the organisation of enumeration forms has reached 100% successful Kozhikode district.

District Election Officer and Collector Snehil Kumar Singh said that 99% of enumeration forms had already been distributed successful Kozhikode. Forms were being distributed to 26.5 lakh voters successful the district. Over 70% of the distributed forms were collected backmost and digitised by booth-level officers (BLOs), helium added.

A full of 2,303 BLOs person been appointed successful the territory for distributing forms and collecting them backmost for digitisation. The Collector appreciated the efforts of the BLOs, BLO Supervisors, Deputy Collectors, EROs, AEROs, gross officials, volunteers, and students and said they had shown commendable show successful the creaseless organisation and postulation of forms.

The territory began distributing forms connected November 4, and the Collector said the purpose was to retrieve the completed enumeration forms by November 30, digitise them, and execute 100% completion of the SIR procedures.
