A full of 1,096 schoolhouse vehicles belonging to 100 schools successful Erode East, Erode West and Perundurai regions underwent yearly associated inspections astatine the AET School field connected Friday (May 15). Officials said 463 vehicles of 60 schools from Gobichettipalayam portion would beryllium inspected connected May 19, and 358 vehicles of 35 schools from Bhavani portion connected May 20.

The Collector besides inspected exemplary schoolhouse vehicles fitted with occurrence extinguishers and different occurrence prevention instrumentality conforming to AIS 135 standards for vehicles registered from October 1, 2023 onwards.
